Bale Fork
Frequently asked questions
Yes. The MVP Bale Fork uses dual small-diameter tines that provide stability for round bales by preventing them from rolling, while also securing irregular or square bales safely. The two-fork design distributes the bale's weight more evenly than a single centre spike, significantly reducing the risk of load imbalance, particularly when working at height.
The maximum safe bale weight depends on the boom position and the machine's rated load chart. Large round silage bales typically weigh 600–800 kg. Both the 101 Agri and 202 Agri are capable of handling these weights safely at standard reach. As with all lifts, the safe working load must be verified against the machine's load chart before lifting — load capacity reduces as the boom extends and rises.
