Außenluftfilter
Frequently asked questions
Most telehandlers have an air filter restriction indicator on the dashboard that activates when the filter is approaching its service limit. You may also notice reduced engine power under load, excessive black smoke from the exhaust, or increased fuel consumption — all signs of restricted airflow to the engine. In very dusty conditions such as threshing or grain harvest, visual inspection at regular intervals is also recommended.
Under normal conditions, the outer air filter should be replaced every 500–1,000 operating hours. In high-dust environments such as harvest, demolition work, or dry quarry sites, inspect the filter every 100–250 hours and replace as soon as the restriction indicator triggers. Using a genuine MVP Original Parts air filter ensures the correct micron rating and seal fit for your engine.
